Transformation Through the Enneagram Workshop
Deepening Authentic Connection to Self, Others and God
Why should you consider participating in this workshop? In my twenty years of being involved in transformational trainings, workshops and coaching , I have never seen a more powerful awareness and spiritual growth tool.
When I found the Enneagram, I knew almost immediately that I had discovered a treasure trove of riches that would change the way I understand life. This tool is one of the most effective approaches available to generate sustainable transformation in your life.
I have taken this amazingly powerful awareness tool and combined it with tried and true transformational distinctions to open up massive new possibilities in life. I have partnered this with teaching the key spiritual disciplines and learning approach that enables you to create SUSTAINABLE SPIRITUAL GROWTH. The key word there is sustainable…meaning it is not a flash in the pan, here today and gone tomorrow. This is a systematic way to grow that you can BUILD UPON.
Why is this workshop different?
- The practices taught are scripturally grounded in a Christian context but there is great value regardless of your belief system.
- This is an eight-week learning process—not a two or three day workshop. You have time to absorb the material and practice the disciplines taught. You build new habits not just gain knowledge.
- This workshop combines the material on the Enneagram with the spiritual disciplines needed to experience life changing spiritual growth—generating newness in your life.
- This curriculum not only covers the details of your own personality type structure…it also includes specific details on how to embrace and manifest the gift you were made to be.
What is the Enneagram?

The Enneagram is a transformational awareness and growth ‘tool’. Its name comes from the Greek word “ennea”, meaning “nine”, meaning it is a nine pointed diagram. Each of the nine “points” represents a particular, unique personality typology. What we call the Enneagram today started with the Desert Fathers in the early Christian Church in the fourth century.
The Enneagram symbol represents nine distinct strategies for relating to the self, others and the world. Each of these types expresses a different pattern of thinking, feeling and acting that arises from a deeper inner motivation or worldview. These types or styles are not who you are, but show you the patterns that tend to dominate your experience.
The Enneagram goes far beyond simple personality typologies to create a multi-dimensional map of your heart, mind and soul that can lead to much deeper awareness, freedom, passion and power in your life and relationships.
This workshop supports you in identifying what gets in the way of deeper authentic connection to yourself, others and God. Then it shows a path to work towards a fuller, expanded expression of who you are, and the gift you are for the world.
This nine week study is designed to:
- Determine your Enneagram type and the dynamics of what that entails.
- Guide you in using this typology to increase your effectiveness in life
- Learn corresponding self-reflective and contemplative growth practices and disciplines that support sustainable growth.
- Gain new clarity regarding the full spectrum of who you are.
- Increase your empathy and understanding for key people in your life
